Jiangsu Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called SPEC), was founded on the basis of the assets recombination of the previous three enterprises, i.e. Changzhou Electric Power Manufacturing & Repairing Factory (CEMR), Changzhou Electrical Power Machinery Factory (CEPM) and Changzhou Electricity Line Equipment Factory (CELE) all belonging to electric power system located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.

Headquarter of SPEC, situated at the western suburb of Changzhou City and located beside the Zhenjiang-Changzhou Highway and the Grand Canal. SPEC is very close to the Shanghai-Nanjing Express Way, Changzhou Port and Changzhou Airport respectively, having one self-owned railway siding connected to Shanghai-Nanjing main railway line. Upon the aforesaid cases, both favorable geographic location and convenient transportation conditions are enjoyed. Goods can be dispatched at any time to destinations all around the world by land, sea or air. A total of 280000 square meter of area is occupied, among which, the area of structure in approx. 100000 square meter is available. Presently there are about 1100 people in SPEC. Power construction practice of more than 40 years has made SPEC bring up three quality talented teams e.g. management personnel, technicists and skilled production people.

40000 tons per year for power transmission steel tower/pylon and substation structure;
15000 tons per year for piping series product inclusive both pipe prefabrication/bending and pipe supports and hangers;
500 sets per year for auxiliary equipment for power station.

Relying on the power market and facing toward another industries, SPEC has organized East China Power Station Piping Complete Co., Ltd., Changzhou Xinqu Huayuan Technology Co., Ltd., Changzhou Suyuan Huadian Industry Co., Ltd., Changzhou Suyuan Huadian Power Equipment Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Suyuan Huadian General Equipment Co., Ltd. respectively. Following such development path as integration of science-industry-trade, multielements, industrialization and scale has resulted in significant effects, which has created good foundation for the fast and harmonious development of enterprise.
